Who doesn’t like to go on an adventure in a brand new country? Ladies, travelling is a luxury. Many have the privilege to visit not only one but several countries in a year. But, why is it considered a luxury? It’s all comes down to the 3 C’s of travel: Culture, Cuisine and Community. You’ll get to discover the secrets behind the history of a culture. Also, you’ll elevate your culinary knowledge by tasting delicious dishes. And, you’ll get to meet new people who speak an entirely different language as you do.

Whether this is your first time travelling or not, you know that packing is a problematic step before the take-off. Some travelers picked it up as a skill. But, it’s good to have a list of what should or shouldn’t be taken with you. Here are five essentials to pack when traveling:

  1. Polarized Sunglasses
  2. Toiletry Bag
  3. Fanny Pack
  4. High Heels
  5. Jewelry Bag

Polarized Sunglasses

Summer season is about to begin, and what better way to let off some steam than to travel to a country you haven’t been to before. Do you like traveling to a country where it gets hot and sweaty in summer? Wherever you decide to go, the first essential you’ll need to pack is stylish, polarized sunglasses. Don’t pick one pair; take two if you can! We know you’ll be lying out on the beach or hang around the pool. Don’t worry; we haven’t forgotten about you wandering around the foreign streets in the middle of the day. What we meant to say is each occasion has its own pair of shades: a sexy cat-eye frame by the pool and a sophisticated round frame for the cultural tour.

In case you didn’t know, polarized sunglasses are a better option for anyone who wants to spend time outdoors. Of course, they won’t protect you from staring directly at the sun. But, polarized lenses help reduce bright reflection and improve your visual clarity. A must-have? You bet!

Toiletry Bag

Don’t you just hate how your toiletries spill all over your clothes and everything gets all wet? The simple solution would be to put them in one medium-sized toiletry bag. Well, actually, the better solution would be to replace the liquids with solid toiletry to avoid any spilling.

There are many affordable options out there. Just make sure that it is spacious enough for you to pack it all: shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, razor, bar soap, makeup remover and most importantly, sunscreen. You wouldn’t want to get yourself turn into a hot tomato!

Fanny Pack

When was the last time you wore a fanny pack? Guess what! These accessories are back in the game! They were first seen back in the 80s, and they made their debut on the Vogue magazine in the 90s. However, as the early 2000s started arriving, the fannies fell down a hole only to back strong in 2021.

Instead of carrying a backpack everywhere you go, try replacing it with a fanny pack! First, they take less space in your suitcase. Also, you won’t have to worry about any of the items in it because they will be strapped to you the entire time.

Supermodels like Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner are photographed wearing a fanny pack when out in the streets. They’re essential to pack and ideal for walks around the city, summer festivals, or even a casual night out!

High Heels

Did you know that heels date back to the 10th century? And they were first made for men too? High heel shoes are an essential accessory in fashion and for travels! Don’t we all just wish to strut down the Parisian streets looking all glamorous?

Even if you don’t plan on having a good night out, you never know when they might come in handy. Who knows, you could get invited to a dinner with your new international friends! One pair of high heel shoes won’t take that much space in your suitcase.

Our advice for you would be to choose a colour that goes with everything! Since it’s summer, why not go for gold or silver? Then, you wouldn’t have to worry about colour coordination! You can take comfortable pumps or stylish stiletto heels.

Jewelry Bag

Many of you might not agree with our last essential. However, jewelry does make a difference. It is crucial to smart-pack your things before leaving. We’re not asking you to go all fancy with the jewels. Yet, it is necessary to take what you see is fitting to wear.

Your destination can actually affect your choice of fashion. What is the purpose of your visit? What do you plan on doing? Your jewelry should match your goals. For many ladies, a fashionable look is never complete without the right accessories. Not only can they make you feel confident and sexy, but jewelry can transform your outfit and make you look like a million bucks!

Just like the toiletry bag, you can get one for your jewels. In addition, you can put them in a box. It is preferable, though, to put them in your carry-on. If you’re traveling by plane, you should keep the valuable things near you the entire flight.

Creating a well-organized bag before traveling will make things a whole lot easier once you reach your destination. Whether you’re packing a tote bag, a wheeled suitcase or a carry-on, what matters is the inside. Wherever you are headed, you’ll be prepared for any occasion. We hope we’ve helped you pack well for your next trip. With that said, bon voyage, ladies!
