Paddywagon tour of Ireland

Paddywagon Tours Review: Is it Worth It?

Ireland is a popular country for road trips, but since I was visiting Ireland solo, the idea of driving country roads by myself didn’t seem that appealing. A tour is always a great way to meet new people, so I decided to hop on a Paddywagon tour of all Ireland.

If you live in Ireland, or you ever get the chance to visit, you’ll see these bright green buses all over the country. Paddywagon Tours are one of Ireland’s leading tour operators and have been showing

I did a 6-day Paddywagon Tour of All-Ireland, and it ROCKED! It is truly an experience I will never ever forget.

From Dublin we travelled all over Ireland then arrived back in time for the biggest party of the year, St.Paddy’s Day!

In 6 days I did a black cab tour of Belfast, crossed a rope bridge, walked over the rocks at Giant’s Causeway, went on a walking tour of Derry, partied it up in Galway, stood on The Cliffs of Moher, kissed the Blarney Stone, got sand between my toes on the Irish coast, ate seafood in Dingle, took a horse and carriage ride around Killarney National Park, enjoyed a night of karaoke at the Randy Leprechaun, poured my own pint of Guinness at the Guinness Storehouse and partied amongst a sea of Green on St.Paddy’s Day!

It was six days of late nights, early mornings, great banter, lots of Guinness and lots and lots of fun.

So what makes this the funnest tour ever?

We had a fantastic group of people!

A Final Word…

The Paddywagon Tour of All Ireland is one of the most memorable tours I’ve ever done. Is it worth it? Yes! Of course you could hire a car and drive the island yourself, but you would never make as many friends or have this much fun. It’s an experience that’s etched in my mind and I’ve even visited some of the people I met on this tour

Overall it was a good ‘craic’ as they say in Ireland! Sláinte, Cheers!
