The following is a guest post
Easter is one of my favourite times of year. Excluding Christmas, of course, and New Year’s Eve. And every Friday night on the calendar… But it’s still a very special time of year nonetheless. There’s time to relax, catch up with friends and family and eat copious amounts of chocolate! But getting to my point, if you are learning English, or know someone who is, Easter is a great time to make some real progress in your studies. That is to say, everyone gets a little time off school or work and you can really make headway with your learning. I recently came across a contest being organised by the biggest language school group around offering a great prize to help you learn English this Easter.
What does the contest involve?
With Easter approaching fast, this particular company offers an impressive 10% discount for one of their popular language courses and a goodie bag to whoever wins the competition. We all know that language courses can be fairly expensive nowadays, so you’d suppose there’s a very tough question or a lot to do in order to win, right? Wrong: all you have to do to win is find 5 Easter eggs on their website and email or Facebook the location and what it says on them by 1st April.
Learning English at a language school: worth it?
Some people prefer staring at their grammar books hoping the verbs will conjugate themselves and others listen to audio tapes as they drift off into the land of nod, but whatever your chosen method, studying at a language school for whatever amount of time is proven to boost not only your abilities with a given language, but also your understanding of how to learn a language; the tool you’ll need to excel. This contest caught my eye because it could be a great help to a lot of students out there, but if you want to go ahead and get more information about studying at a similar location, check out their London English School right here.
